Description: On April 6th, 2024, at approximately 1736 hours, a deputy with the Windham County Sheriff's Office stopped a vehicle being operated by Xavier Carter for a speeding violation on Main St. in Putney, VT. Investigation revealed that Carter, was found to be in violation of court ordered conditions. Carter was arrested and ordered to be held on $200 cash or surety bond. Carter was transported to the Southern State Correctional Facility.
